A Glimpse of Osaka

Mount Fuji is actually a volcano that has not erupted for many years - last time it erupted 1707-08. Picture taken from: http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e2018_tokaido.html Bullet train (Shinkansen) Taking a bullet train between Tokyo and Osaka is popular among tourists, especially during Spring (cherry blossom season). Towards Osaka, tourists are able to see Mount Fuji, given clear skies, sunny day. There will be an extra charge to people who book seats towards the window to see mount fuji. The bullet train I took was called ‘Nozomi’. It is the fastest out of all the other bullet trains, taking around 2.5 hours one way. Here’s a picture of Mount Fuji that I took during my trip to Japan.
