The capital of China, Beijing, attracts millions of tourists every year with its historical sites and plenty of classic food. It is worth taking a visit to this amazing city.

The Top Three Beijing Attractions 

1. Tiananmen Square 天安門廣場

In Beijing, the first place to go is Tiananmen Square, the largest city square in the
world and is situated at the centre of the city. Flags are raised during sunrise and lowered during sunset each day.

2. The Forbidden City 故宮博物院


The second place of interest is called The Forbidden City, which is located at the central axis of Beijing and is one of the largest existing traditional palaces with wooden architecture in the world. Its name derives from extremely strict regulation, which is people were not permitted to enter without the emperor's permission. It took 14 years to build the Forbidden City that includes more than 70 in all sized palaces and 9000 room.

3. The Great Wall of China 萬里長城


Well, climbing the Great Wall of China is one of the most popular activities out of all tourism projects. The Great Wall is one of the wonders of the world symbolises the great intelligence of the working people. After its several reconstructions and repairs, the Great Wall that protected well now was mostly built during the Ming Dynasty.

The Top Three Traditional Beijing Food 


Peking Roast Duck is the most typical Beijing dish, which stems from the Southern and Northern Dynasties and has a history of nearly 1600 years. After special roasted, the duck is very crispy on the outside and tender but not greasy on the inside. The whole roasted duck would be sliced into more than a hundred of pieces with different cutting skills and there are some orders to have this dish. Firstly, you can just dip the crispy skin into white sugar. Then you can try to put two or three pieces of meat on the pancakes, with the sweet sauce, cucumbers, green onions and some other amazing ingredients together and then roll up to enjoy it.



Noodles with Soy Bean Paste in Beijing Style is a well-known and popular Chinese traditional dish. You can put the main ingredients such as soy sauce, silversides, green onion, boiled soybean and other fixings you like.
















Bao Du is one famous Beijing delicacies. Typically the lamb tripe is a common traditional snack. The half-finished lamb tripe needs to be put into boiling water no more than 10 seconds, otherwise, it will be too tough to chew. The source with soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame paste and oil, fermented bean curd, shrimp sauce and other ingredients such as chopped green onion, garlic juice and chilli oil could be a good match.
